Terms and conditions


  • Galleries take 2-4 weeks to be delivered after you have selected your images. A $50 rush fee can be paid to have your gallery turned in during the next 24-72 hours after your session.
  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be sent in order to reserve a time and date. Deposits can be sent through Cashapp or Zelle ONLY. No notes when sending payments through Cashapp please. If a note is required, place a random character of your choice. No deposit = no session.
  • Clients must arrive on time to their session. Any amount of time that the client is late is time taken away from the session and remaining time is what will be used for the photoshoot. It is highly recommended that clients arrive ready and at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time of your session to ensure that we start on time.
  • Clients are given a 15 minute grace period. If clients are more than 15 minutes late there will be a $30 late fee. After 25 minutes late, your session will automatically be cancelled and you will lose your deposit and have to pay a reschedule fee of $40 if you wish to reschedule.
  • Full payment is required at the end of any session. Session fees are NON-REFUNDABLE as it covers the time and skill invested by Keira Lyana Photography as well as studio rental fees.
  • Behind the scenes stories and pictures for social media are taken to help me promote my work on all social media platforms. Upon booking with Keira Lyana Photography the client is consenting to the publishing of any picture and/or video taken during the session whether it be with the camera or any other electronic recording device.
  • By participating in a photography session, the client grants Keira Lyana Photography permission to photograph and use their likeness, as well as the likeness of any minors in their care, for promotional and marketing purposes in any medium without additional compensation unless agreed upon in writing.
  • If there is a need to reschedule any session a $30 fee will be charged unless it is due to sickness, inclement weather (outdoors) or a reason that is at neither control of the photographer or client. Clients must provide proof of such reason.
  • Keira Lyana Photography will own the rights, title, and interest in all edited and unedited work product.
  • Keira Lyana Photography is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses sustained by the client or any individual accompanying the client during the session, on or off the premises.
  • Client has two weeks to select final images after preview gallery has been delivered. After two weeks, there will be a $30 late selection fee. After three weeks, image selections will be made for the client to help promote work productivity for Keila Lyana Photography,
  • All delivered images are protected by copyright and may include a visible watermark. The removal, cropping, blurring, obscuring, or alteration of any watermark without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. If a client is found to have removed or altered a watermark, the following actions will apply: All usage rights to the images will be immediately revoked. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, NO EXCEPTIONS. Access to the image gallery will be permanently revoked unless the client purchases the unedited gallery for $250.
  • Keira Lyana Photography reserves the right to pursue legal action for any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the watermarked or unwatermarked images owned by Keira Lyana Photography.
  • Keira Lyana Photography shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, equipment failure, illness, or accidents. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled without additional costs.
  • The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keira Lyana Photography, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of the client's actions, negligence, or breech of this agreement.
  • In no event shall Keira Lyana Photography's total liability exceed the amount paid for by the client for the specific service provided. Keira Lyana Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to emotional distress, lost profits, or reputational harm.
  • Keira Lyana Photography is committed to delivering high-quality images; however, specific outcomes, poses, or a guaranteed number of images, cannot be promised. Final results may vary based on several factors, including client cooperation, environmental conditions, lighting, timing, and other circumstances beyond our control.
